Who doesn’t love a good Caesar Salad? Crispy Greens, croutons, Parmesan and that delicious garlic-y dressing. It’s the one salad I don’t have to convince the kids to eat, so that has to tell you something!

I threw this lovely pasta salad featuring those telltale flavors together for a family picnic. My auntie said, “Just what is is this?” as she poked around in it with my serving spoon. I told her what it was and she took a heaping spoonful. I’m telling you – guaranteed hit!

Quick Tip: Be sure to drain your pasta well so it’s not soupy when the dressing is added.

Men love meat, and people in general love eating things that they can stick a toothpick in and pop in their mouth. Finger foods and toothpick foods are a necessity for a big game or gathering of any sort. That’s what I made this Sweet and Spicy Sausage for!

The best part is that it cooks up in the crock so it’s a fix and forget treat that anyone will have time for. Just make sure you don’t eat it all yourself. I had quite a few bites while it was simmering and the flavors were undeniably delicious!

I’ve had many a burger, and every person in my family has their preference. One thing we all agree on is cheese as a topping. This casserole has the burger, and the cheese… plus so much more!

I got out all the usual burger condiments to include ketchup (of course), mustard, pickles, shredded lettuce and onion. We happily topped our helpings and chowed down.

How great is it to sleep in, and wake up to the smell of brunch baking away. You go downstairs in your pajamas, and put on a pot of coffee and just take in the scent in anticipation. Then you grab the newspaper and have a seat in your favorite brunch spot and dig in.

That’s exactly what this brunch bake was made for – easy, simple Sunday mornings after sleeping in a bit and preparing for a day of relaxation.

My daughter believes everything tastes better smothered in BBQ sauce. That’s why this dish was already a hit in my household before I even made it. Throw in the pasta and chicken which are every kid’s favorite and plates will be cleaned!

On top of all these delicious ingredients, the dish is baked. Baked with cheddar cheese no less! Can you smell what I’m saying? This is the ultimate in casseroles. Make it now, quick!

Now You Can Be The Hero To Bring This Yummy Treat To Your Next Potluck

Banana pudding isn’t so simple, not when it’s presented this way! You know you’ve dug into this either at a potluck or a buffet somewhere and just been in banana heaven with that first bite. I know what the secret is, it’s the chunks of ripe banana, whipped topping and of course the vanilla wafers. This flavor combination will have everyone reeling, but chances are when they see it they’ll know just what it is. I usually make a double batch because I know that it’s going to go fast.

This is a clear hit whenever I bring it anywhere. It also pulls a disappearing act when I make it for home. The best part is that it couldn’t be more effortless! If you have about half an hour you can definitely whip it up and please a crowd big or small.

It’s cold, it’s refreshing, and has that light banana taste that all ages love. The Vanilla wafers get soft and mix in with the banana pudding. I love getting a bit of everything in each bite.

Getting a banana split at the ice cream shoppe when I was younger was a true treat. It was the biggest, most expensive thing on the menu and ate like a meal. I love the flavor combo of strawberry, chocolate and banana. How can anyone resist? Then you top it off with whipped cream and a cherry. I have fond memories of this treat and this cake brings them all back with ease. It’s something I can share with my kids and talk to them about where I grew up and what it was like. That is priceless.

As stated before, this cake captures all those favorite flavors, and if you wish you could add a scoop of ice cream on the side – but it doesn’t need it! It’s got it all my friends, so get a spoon or fork and dig in. What could be better, honestly, than an ice cream cake built on the flavors of a banana split? That’s right, absolutely nothing.
