Who doesn’t love a good Caesar Salad? Crispy Greens, croutons, Parmesan and that delicious garlic-y dressing. It’s the one salad I don’t have to convince the kids to eat, so that has to tell you something!
I threw this lovely pasta salad featuring those telltale flavors together for a family picnic. My auntie said, “Just what is is this?” as she poked around in it with my serving spoon. I told her what it was and she took a heaping spoonful. I’m telling you – guaranteed hit!
