I have made many breakfast casseroles in my day but I had never even heard of pancake lasagna before and that is a shame. I’m telling you, this recipe is amazing. It’s super easy to assemble and tastes like it just came from a five-star restaurant in downtown Manhattan. You are going to love this! If you can stack stuff together you can easily make this pancake lasagna. I thought this breakfast bake was going to be nothing more than stacked up pancakes and syrup in a pan. How boring! Luckily, this recipe contains not only pancakes and syrup but cheese, eggs, and herbs, too!

I made this pancake lasagna the other day for a men’s breakfast that my husband was attending. Apparently, it was a major hit. My DH brought home a very empty baking dish and a huge smile on his face. Score!

I was skimming over some recipe websites the other day because I need to come up with the perfect salad to take to a potluck dinner I am going to here in a couple of days. One of the recipes I came across was for tex-mex chopped chicken salad. It looked so good in the pictures that I saw I just had to make it! It includes chucked cheese! I love chunked cheese. I know I’ll have to make a double batch of this salad in order to feed everyone, but that’s okay, it’ll be worth it!

If you enjoy your salad with a bit of spice this is the recipe for you. It’s the perfect accompaniment for any Spanish-themed supper or lunch. It has everything you’d find in a diner down in El Paso. The chicken is cooked to perfection and mingles well with the veggies and savory spices. Plus, there are crunchy crushed tortilla chips in every bite! Yum!

There have been a few times in my life where I have come across a recipe and had to do a double-take. This is one of the recipes. It literally made me say, “What the…!” I was very skeptical of this pumpkin pie recipe at first and not because it contains Fireball whiskey but rather because it is baked on the grill! Yep, you read that right. This pumpkin pie is baked on the BBQ grill. Now, I assure you, this pie is not hard to make and it really is hassle-free. Plus, when your pies are cooking on the grill this leaves you more room in the oven for that green bean casserole and those baked beans.

I am totally planning on making this Fireball Whiskey pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving this year. I did a test run the other day and I can’t even begin to tell you how well this pie turned out. It was uh-mazing! The cinnamon whiskey gives this pumpkin pie such a bold and robust flavor that it’s almost indescribable. You are going to love this! To help you make this pie I’ve included a handy dandy video tutorial on the next page courtesy of BBQ Pit Boys.

Quick Tip: You can still make this pie the old-fashioned way in the oven. Just mix all ingredients together as detailed on the enxt page and bake in your oven as you normally would. However, the grill experience is super tasty!

You might have all heard of the “crack chicken dip” recipe that is taking the cooking world by storm. If you made that recipe and loved it you had better hold on to your horses….er…chickens because this is cracked out chicken alfredo bake! Guys and gals, you have my solemn word that you are going to absolutely love this dinner dish. It’s creamy, dreamy, and filled with bacon and cheese! Yum! My entire family loved this meal and devoured it up like hungry little heifers. It was seriously one of the easiest and most delicious casseroles that I’ve ever made.

What I liked best about this recipe are its basic ingredients. Sometimes, the more basic the ingredients the better the food. There is no fancy footwork in this cracked out chicken alfredo at all. It’s very simple to make and the perfect dish to take to a family gathering or function.

This Pecan Filled Confection Will Tickle Your Taste Buds And Leave You More Than Satisfied

As a young girl, one of my favorite places to go was Portside, it was a mall of sorts near the river that was filled with fun and unique shops. One of the main shops was The Fudgery, where the workers sang as they made all different types of fudge. You got samples, and they sold it by the pound.

We never bought any unless it was a special occasion but I loved getting samples whenever we went there to browse around. Now, Portside is closed and the Fudgery along with it, but I will never forget all my experiences there, and the delicious fudge! It’s one of those childhood memories that I know will last as long as I live.

One of my faves was the praline fudge. It was sweet but not overbearing and filled with pecans. When I discovered this recipe I couldn’t wait to make it! It was so easy, and I happily shared my stories with my kids as we indulged in a piece. The best part is, if you’re not a fan of pecans you can easily change it up a little and use your favorite nuts instead!

Absolutely nothing goes with peanut butter like chocolate. The two were made to be combined, I’m sure of it. There have been days where I sneak into the kitchen, dip a spoon in the peanut butter and then roll it around in some chocolate chips and just sit back and enjoy little licks and bites. But that doesn’t satisfy me every time. Sometimes I need a full on dessert, that’s why I am so glad I’ve added this peanut butter brownie trifle to my recipe box.

Talk about a luxurious dessert! First off, it looks lovely in my trifle dish. I’d say too pretty to eat but looking at those hunks of brownie and peanut butter cups resting in clouds of pudding and Cool Whip just makes me want to dive right in and forget the presentation. Of course, if you’re bringing this to a shindig you can expect lots of “oohs” and “ahhs.”
