I am a HUGE fan of potato salad. It is one of my favorite summertime BBQ eats. It’s creamy, cool, and satisfying. I like to experiment with difference seasonings, herbs, and add-ins such as dill, rosemary, and Old Bay seasoning. There is one version of potato salad that I really like above the rest and it is called Deviled Egg potato salad. My mom used to make this for my family when I was growing up. if you enjoy eating deviled eggs, you’ll enjoy this potato salad.
This potato salad is very easy to make and takes about the same length of time that you would spend on traditional potato salad. It is so much creamy, though! Everyone in my household prefers this style of potato salad over any other. I think you will be very pleased at how this particular salad turns out!
