I am a big fan of lasagna-type casseroles. I love the ground beef, cheese, and seasonings. This California casserole is so good and very easy to make. It’s like a big dish of gooey lasagna but better. The noodles in the casserole are smothered in tomato sauce and cheese. Talk about a big old mouthful of yumminess! I made this dish the other night for my family and they loved it. My husband saved himself a serving to take to work the next day for his lunch. We also packed up a plateful to take over to his grandparent’s house as they aren’t able to cook for themselves anymore and they loved it! California casserole is a winner in my book!
Though the origins of this Loaded California Casserole’s name are unknown, one thing is for sure: the taste of this ground beef casserole is out-of-this-world delicious! Made with garlic, tomato sauce, penne pasta, cream cheese, sour cream and more, this yummy pasta bake is a dinner the whole family will go crazy for. When you’re tired of making the same old beef casserole recipes again and again, give this pasta casserole a try and prepare to be wowed by its incredible flavor and amazing array of ingredients! – Recipe Lion
