Do you ever get tired of tossing all of your food into a baking dish and creating casseroles? No? Yeah, me neither. I love me some casseroles! LOL! Anyway, today, we will still be making one heck of casserole! I mean, hey, we gotta use those awesome casserole dishes that our grandma gave us for something! I know I got at least 5 casserole dishes as wedding gifts 12 years ago and I still have all of them now! Can you believe that?
Now, this meal is really good. It is spinach bacon and parmesan pasta. It is light, delicious, and perfect for supper or lunch. I have made this dish a handful of times already and each time was better than the last. I know you will share my sentiments. I love how creamy and textured this skillet pasta is. Did I mention that it is insanely fresh and flavorful? You can add a bit of chicken to make this a heartier entree or leave it as is and call this recipe a side dish. The choice is yours. Enjoy!
