Have you ever made this 4-ingredient slow cooker wonder before? If you haven’t, I highly recommend that you do so soon. You can serve this chicken and mushroom meal over rice or noodles or add some of your favorite veggies.
When I do that this dish reminds me of something I’d find at the Chinese Buffet.
I made this simple meal for a lady at my church who had just given birth to her seventh child. I had to make a triple batch but it was still very easy to put together. She and her family loved it!
Ingredients
1 pint of sliced portabella mushrooms
1.5 – 2lbs chicken tenderloins
1 can of Campbell’s Cream of Chicken Soup
your favorite seasoning mix (I make my own with paprika, onion powder and chili powder)
optional: salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Put the chicken tenderloins in the bottom of slow cooker and add the mushrooms on top. Add the seasonings in the cream of chicken soup, mix, then pour it on top of the mushrooms. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours. Do a taste test to determine if your dish could use a little more salt and pepper.
