Wow. I can’t even begin to tell you how awesome these oatmeal Rolo cookie bars are. Talk about a wholesome comforting treat during the dreary days of winter. I know that I shouldn’t be using food to comfort myself but winter in January in the Northeast is so blah! The sky is always gray, the air is cold, and all I wanna do is curl up on the couch with desserts and Netflix. Erin, from the fabulous food blog known as “Making Memories With Your Kids” shared a wonderful recipe with us for oatmeal Rolo bars. Yum!
I am beyond excited that I found this recipe over on the Making Memories With Your Kids website. These dessert bars are what heaven tastes like. I’m convinced!
