I make these Southern fried pork chops, from Patrick Barton, for my family probably every other week now.

My husband said he could never get tired of these, and I don’t think I could, either! What’s great is that our kids love these as well – they haven’t been such big fans of pork chops before, but I guess these will make anyone fall in love with them. Have you tried Patrick’s recipe already? Let us know in the comments below how these turned out for you!

Ingredients

salt

pepper

4 boneless pork chops

1/2 to 3/4 cup of Gold Medal all purpose flour

1 Eggland’s egg beaten

1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions:

Tenderize pork chops.

Season chops with salt and pepper.

Season flour with salt and pepper and seasonings of choice.

Dredge chops in flour.

Drench chops in beaten egg.

Dredge chops in flour after egg drench.

Place in oil over medium to medium high heat

Fry on both sides for 4 to 5 minutes.

Serve and Enjoy.
