Utter Bliss Is How I Would Describe This Awesome Slow Cooker Dish!
What an easy way to prepare an outstanding side dish for your special dinner! I have always loved my slow cooker but over the holidays it becomes even more important to me. I don’t even dare to think about all the hassle I would have to go through, if I didn’t have my crock pot to help me out with all these massive family meals. Things tend to get a little crazy even now!
These scalloped potatoes with ham are going to be the star of our next get-together. I’ve made this recipe a couple of times already and it turned out divine! You could basically serve this as the main dish on a regular weeknight (and I probably will), but for a special meal I’m going to call it a side dish.
You barely need 15 minutes to put this together, and then all you have to do is wait for the crock pot to do its job. That, and prepare the rest of the meal… Unless you’d like to serve only this, which wouldn’t be a bad option at all!
