Would you believe 4 ingredients is all you need for this meal? And that’s including the chicken! It certainly doesn’t have to be complicated to be delicious!
You could make your own salsa for this, if preferred, but I always just use store-bought and it turns out amazing every time. The sour cream is perfect for taming that spiciness just a little bit – although we often choose the hottest salsa we can find. You could also make your own taco seasoning, or use any kind of spices in place of the seasoning package.
Ingredients
1 (1 1/4 oz.) package taco seasoning
16 oz. boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup salsa
1⁄4 cup Daisy low-fat sour cream
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375 F. Spray a casserole dish with nonstick spray.
Put taco seasoning in a resealable plastic bag. Add the chicken breasts and shake to coat. Place breasts in the prepared dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Top with salsa about 5 minutes before breasts are done.
Serve with sour cream.

Quick tip: Instead of taco seasoning, combine your favorite spices (I used paprika, ground pepper, chili powder and a hint of ground cinnamon!
