This is one sweet treat that will be sitting on my dessert table. I think caramel apple dip is a yummy way to stave off your guests’ hunger before the big meal is served. I love how this apple dip tastes and how easy it all pulls together. I think I could literally leave out the apple wedges and just eat this dip with a spoon. In fact, I’ve done that before. Don’t judge me. LOL! You can also dip marshmallows into this wonderful caramel dip. It tastes super good but you’ll definitely get a sugar rush from it so do this sparingly.
I can’t stress enough how easy this dip is to make!
Ingredients
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
3/4 c Domino brown sugar
1/4 c white sugar
1 1/2 tsp McCormick vanilla extract
1 1/4 c Planters peanuts, finely chopped, optional
Instructions
Mix above ingredients together with an electric mixer.
Spoon caramel dip into a serving bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Slice your favorite apples and treat them with fruit fresh, or dip them into lemon juice, to keep them from turning brown.
Ok, now dip your apple slices into that yummy caramel dip. It is so so good!!! Enjoy 😀
