Easier than you could ever imagine!
A very dear friend of mine called me recently and she went on and on about this incredible chocolate cake she had tried the other day. I wasn’t exactly sure if it was that great – I knew my friend could be a little overly enthusiastic when it came to baking… But she made me promise (three times) that I would give this recipe a try and call her back when I’d had my first bite. I said I would – I don’t think she would have been able to sleep that night if I hadn’t!
The next day I got the ingredients and decided to get it done. And guess what? It was so easy that I almost couldn’t believe it. You literally just throw the ingredients together and give it a good stir – I love recipes like this! I don’t have the time for complicated cakes in my life right now, haha!
I swear the cake itself is so good that you wouldn’t even have to make frosting, but I did, anyway. You know me – I wouldn’t skip frosting for the world, in fact, I’d rather double the amount. Let me tell you, it was to die for!
