5 Ingredients Is All You Need For This!

A couple of weeks ago I was searching for new recipes that I needed for a special get-together with friends.

I wasn’t going to serve a full dinner with a heavy entree, instead I wanted several lighter side dishes and appetizers we could snack on in between cutting the cake and watching fireworks (I told you it was a special occasion, didn’t I?) To make things even more difficult, I wanted to keep the costs down to a minimum, so whatever I was going to serve needed to be on the inexpensive side. Without compromising taste, of course!

I was getting desperate, but finally I came across this recipe. It was perfect, and so simple to prepare! I decided to use lean and low-fat ingredients just because I was serving a lot of appetizers that were kind of heavy. No-one would have guessed this was “the light version” because it was just so tasty!

I did the potatoe casserole and it was terrible. That is not enough milk for the sze of pan and it was so blah. Didn’t taste like anything and the milk curtled.

I like to add a can of mushroom soup. Doesn’t curdle and has more flavor.
    Great Recipe
