I am a sucker for potato salad, always have been. I love eating it at picnics, BBQ’s and events. However, i also enjoy seven layer salad as well. So, I am pleased to report that someone got the bright idea to combine the two and create a glorious seven layer potato salad. You guys, this stuff is terrific. And guess what? it’s very easy to make, too. All you do is layer the ingredients. it’s that simple! And did you know that you can cut down on time by cooking your bacon in the microwave? Yep!
