Check out what my pals over at Group Recipes had to say about this awesome chocolate cheesecake recipe:
So many of the recipe’s say easy but when I look at the actual directions it doesn’t look so easy to a hot mess of a chef like me, but this 1 really does look easy! I am going to try it tomorow!
I agree! So many times I’ve attempted to make an “easy” recipe only to discover that the ding dang thing was not east at all. That’s not the case with this truly easy Crock Pot meal.
Ingredients
3 lbs. chicken pieces
1 package Italian salad dressing mix
4 tablespoons melted Kerrygold butter, divided
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 can Campbell’s cream of chicken soup
8 ounces Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 cup College Inn chicken broth
Instructions
Place chicken pieces in crockpot and sprinkle Italian salad dressing
mix over the chicken. Drizzle 2 Tbsp. melted butter over chicken.
Cook on low for 6 hours. Melt 2 Tbsp. butter in a saucepan and saute
onion and garlic. Add the cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, and
chicken broth. Stir until smooth. Add this mixture to the crockpot
and cook on low for an additional 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
