5. The Classic Patty Melt
The first time I had ever eaten a patty melt was at a little local diner in my hometown. The bread was grill-fried so it tastes like hamburger grease. Yum. Just says that out loud, “hamburger grease.” Shoot, now I’m getting hungry. Anyway, the burger patty was tender and juicy and the onions tasted so good. talk about a ton of flavor. The sandwich was served with French fries, coleslaw, and a pickle. Man, I wish that diner was still open!
I guess all I can do is make my own patty melts and hope for the best. However, I do gotta say that this recipe is very easy to follow and tastes amazing. You are seriously going to be impressed by this 🙂
