Okay, so I was channeling the movie Grease when making this dish but it’s true! I love dipping my broccoli in Alfredo sauce! Who doesn’t? It makes it all the more delicious. I want to kiss whomever came up with this stuffed shells recipe because it’s phenomenal. The soft noodles enveloping a cheesy, creamy mix of broccoli and chicken is so yummy. I even made up some breadsticks to dip in that cheese laden saucy goodness.
I am sure that Sandy and Danny would approve of this dish too. They would probably eat it before hitting up the drive in. I can’t wait to make this again, because I am going to use a mix of cheeses. The dish lacks nothing and is even better when you leave it uncovered, under the broiler for a few minutes because the cheese forms a bit of a crust. I had three helpings of these shells, two shells each but still … that’s a lot for me!
