Some days I come home from work late and I just don’t want to put forth much effort to dinner. That doesn’t mean I want to sacrifice flavor or satisfaction. That’s why I always have some salmon on hand. I usually get wild caught, and keep it frozen so that I have it as a quick go to protein. My kids even enjoy salmon because it doesn’t have a strong “fishy” taste. If you’ve never had it, you’re definitely missing out.
In fact, if you’ve never had it you need to try this recipe right away! It adds a bit of sweetness that most enjoy, even the extra picky eaters. I would suggest giving it a go for sure, as most of these ingredients you’ll have on hand. From the seasoning to the method you’ll easily impress anyone else who’s lucky enough to partake. I even take this one camping with us sometimes!
