Check out what my friends at Food Network had to say about these cheesecake parfaits:
Not only does this dessert have a great stage presence, but it is really super taste and so easy! I will certainly make this tasty treat again!
Yes, you will! While it’s easy to make, no one is the wiser. It’s a very impressive dessert that will have your guests talking. My kids love it too and like to suggest combinations. They help me throw them together for ourselves or for friends and family.
Ingredients
2 (3-ounce) boxes Jello cheesecake instant pudding mix
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup TruMoo milk
2 cups Daisy sour cream
Vanilla Wafers
Fresh Raspberries
Whipped Cream, if desired
Directions
In medium bowl, combine Jello pudding mix, cream, TruMoo milk, and Daisy sour cream. Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Cover and chill 2 to 3 hours.
In individual serving dishes, layer pudding mixture, vanilla wafers, and raspberries. Repeat layers, ending with raspberries, serve immediately. Top with whipped cream, if desired.

Quick Tip: Want to add even more to these? A great idea is a layer of crushed vanilla wafers.
Thank you to Food Network for this awesome recipe!
