Boy oh boy, do I have a treat for you guys today! I’ll be honest, this meal isn’t the healthiest option, but once in awhile, it’s OK. Although, I want to eat this recipe of awesomeness more than that haha! It’s called chili Frito pie, and it is GOOD! Needless, to say, my picky eaters love this stuff.
The ingredients are super simple, and the casserole itself is very easy to throw together. All you need is some Fritos, chili, cheese, and sour cream. I enjoy adding seasoned ground beef to mine, but you don’t have to if you don’t want to.
PLEASE CONTINUE TO THE NEXT PAGE FOR A LIST OF INGREDIENTS AND DIRECTIONS.
Quick Tip: You can also use seasoned shredded chicken in the casserole.
