Here’s what our friends at The Farm Girl gabs had to say about these simple-to-make oatmeal crunch cookies:
“I try to have homemade cookies or granola bars in my pantry at all times. Cookies and a nice glass of milk make the perfect after school snack for the kids. Adults can enjoy them too with milk or even a cup of coffee. These Cookies are all sorts of yum! I added 3 heaping cups of Honey Bunches of Oats Crunchy Honey Roasted to the cookie batter. Adding the cereal to the batter adds a nice extra crunch to the cookie.”
We’re so excited to try these! This recipe makes around 48 cookies so you’ll definitely have some to share, freeze, or even sell at the Farmer’s Market.
