Grab a plate and a fork because as soon as you read this recipe you’re going to want to dive into this chicken and eat until you’re stuffed like a turkey. It comes out crispy and flavorful on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. Truly, what more could you want from chicken? You can dip it if you like, as my kids love it in BBQ sauce – Sweet Baby Ray’s is their favorite. I find it’s just as good plain, and I usually roast come broccoli with it. That way they can be eaten with any of the breadcrumbs that fall off the chicken.
The good news is that once my family had this chicken, they were ruined for all that frozen garbage you buy in the grocery store. The bad news is that now I am getting requests for this all the time. It’s like all the other chicken dishes I’ve made never existed. I don’t mind… don’t get me wrong. I just prefer to have other types of chicken once in a while!
