You may not believe it, but this is a warm, salty and delicious bread that trumps all others. I love bread to begin with, just like Oprah does even. I just never expected to be presented with this little loaf the other day. Apparently it’s a hit at a restaurant and is spreading like wildfire to kitchens everywhere. I could eat this alone, and it’s fun to pull apart and butter with REAL butter. Please don’t settle for anything less here!
Expect to become addicted to this milk bread like many patrons before. Thank goodness someone harnessed the recipe so we could all indulge. I like to whip up a batch for morning to go along with my coffee. I put a little cinnamon and honey in my butter and it’s a great sweet start to my day. The best part is the crusty top of the bread, then again that’s always been my favorite part. The warm gooey center is a close second.
