My husband is crazy about this dish

This cheesy gnocchi bake is comfort food at its finest. Mom used to make gnocchi when we were kids, and while we didn’t often have it as much as we had other pasta, it’s always pretty special when it’s being served in front of us. I have always loved the texture of gnocchi. And it hasn’t changed until now. My husband is in love with gnocchi too. My mother-in-law often cooked gnocchi for them and made them work for it actually. She really is a bit of a tough woman, isn’t she?

But I think that’s what made his children grow up the way they did. They’re all decent people. When you meet my husband’s siblings, you will know how good they were brought up by their parents. Anyway, back to gnocchi. My husband admitted he never had the patience in making them when he was a kid, but he always had the enthusiasm to eat them. Why am I not surprised?

This cheesy gnocchi bake recipe gives us another version that tastes as good as our mothers. What’s good about this recipe is that it’ also easier to make. You will have your gnocchi bake ready to eat and enjoy in no time! If you want a copy of this recipe, don’t hesitate to flip on over to the next page! It has the complete list of ingredients and instructions! Enjoy!

Possibly the best cookie recipe we’ve EVER tried.

When I was a kid, the most common cookie that Mom baked was chocolate chip. We had it almost every week. Mom always said they were her emergency guest food. I grew up loving chocolate chip cookies. I always had a piece with me for lunch. It served as my dessert almost every day. There are a lot of new versions of chocolate chip cookies, and most of them involved a couple of new ingredients. These ingredients often change the taste of the chocolate chip cookies. Some were acceptable, some were not.

I always try new chocolate chip cookies recipes for my family. Most of them were successful like the white chocolate chip cookies. Some, which I will not mention anymore, always ended up er… not eaten.

These almond butter chocolate chip cookies are among those recipes which are successful. My family fell in love with them on the first bite. They always get excited whenever I tell them I will make a batch of these.

How To Make An Impression On Your Dinner Guests

This beef Wellington recipe saved me from a dinner fiasco. Things happen unexpectedly, and if we’re not ready, we are always thrown off guard. Thank goodness for emergency recipes. My husband called me one afternoon, telling me that he would be eating dinner at home with his boss. They needed to talk about a project that he’s leading and our home was the “safest place”. My husband’s job wasn’t really dangerous per se, far from it actually, but it must have been a new venture.

It was around four in the afternoon and I was panicking. I needed to make a good dish that would look good and would taste good at the same time! And this beef Wellington recipe saved me.

I was able to make it while my kids were sleeping. It was a good thing I had store-bought puff pastry at home so I skipped the step of making homemade ones. I finished everything, including the dessert, at around 7.

They arrived at exactly 8. I was even able to prepare the house and got cleaned up. Adrenaline rush at its finest, I tell ya!

My husband and his two bosses enjoyed the Beef Wellington. His lady boss kept complimenting me and I had the decency not to blush. I was just glad that the emergency recipe had paid off!

Quick Tip: Don’t use a food processor when cutting your mushrooms. Cutting them by hand ensures they will turn out great.
