1-1/2 sticks of Kerrygold butter, room temperature
3 heaping teaspoons jarred minced garlic
3-5 lemons, sliced thin + 3 tsp. lemon juice
Salt & pepper

Lightly salt and pepper each side of tilapia and arrange on a large jellyroll pan.

Mix together butter, garlic, and lemon juice. Smear a teaspoon of the mixture on top of each fillet. Arrange lemon slices on top of the butter mixture.
