I remember a few years back, one of my good friend’s cousins was staying over my place.  She was an exchange student and did not have a place to stay, but had to stay with girls when she found one, so as a favor to our friends, my parents took her in with us.  She shared a room with me and we had many fun late nights watching movies, painting our nails, and even trimming each other’s bangs.  She slept on an air mattress in my room and we would stay up all night chatting away.

We became instant friends and one day she told me she wanted to make me breakfast.  She said it was an easy breakfast recipe she thought I would really love.  She grabbed the ingredients she needed (which were surprisingly just two) and got straight to work.  The entire time I saw her mixing and preparing, I wondered what in the world she could possibly make with just two ingredients.  I was baffled, but after watching a little closer, I knew exactly what she was making.  My new friend had just prepared me classic European crepes and then filled them with Nutella and chopped bananas.
