You’ll want to make this every day of the week!

Spicy food is starting to grow on me. While I still couldn’t take the super spicy ones, I find myself craving for something with a little heat on it. It’s my husband’s fault. He influenced me into eating such dishes. Whenever it’s his turn to cook, he makes sure he adds a little spice so that I will be used to eating it. Just recently, he cooked this amazing casserole that’s a little bit spicier than what I was used to. He told me that he toned down the spices a bit for me.

It’s a chicken casserole, a spicy chicken casserole. He told me he learned it from one of his friends when they were still teenagers. He had loved it since. What can I say? I really fell in love with it on the first taste! It’s chicken casserole, except that it has that kick that you didn’t know you were looking for in a casserole dish unless you tasted it!

My husband was so amused when I asked for another serving. I had a carton of milk beside me because it was a little spicy for my taste, but I still continued eating because I couldn’t help it! It’s extremely addictive!

Quick Tip: This recipe is fairly spicy but can be adapted for milder tastes by using mild picante sauce, mild tomatoes with green chiles, or decreasing the chili powder a bit.
