I’m all about baking up batch after batch of homemade cookies. I don’t really care what kind they are, as long as they are sweet and pair well with a glass of ice cold milk. How about you? What’s your favorite homemade cookie? If you said peanut butter chocolate chip, you’re in for a treat!

This cookie is a very special cookie recipe. It produces chewy, gooey, finger-licking chocolate peanut butter cookies without one common ingredient: flour. Now, you might be thinking, “how is that even possible?!” Well, I don’t know exactly, but I can tell you that it works, and these cookies come out amazingly well. So, if you’re looking for a cookie with higher protein and fewer carbs, give this recipe a whirl.
