Hey, everyone! Who’s in the mood for a sweet treat? I know that I am ALWAYS in the mood for dessert.
However, I’m no fancy chef so the desserts that I make need to be made with simple ingredients and easy instructions yet still taste like they came from a bakery. This pineapple showoff dessert meets all of this criteria. Have you ever made a crushed pineapple dessert? Boy oh boy, if you have not you need too! This stuff is super sweet, creamy, and dreamy.
Now, I can’t speak for my family but from my careful observation, I could tell that they absolutely loved this pineapple showoff dessert. Everyone had two slices of the stuff.
My husband even took a few squares to work with him the next day to share with his co-workers. He told me that they wanted the recipe to take home to their wives. I guess it is safe to say that this pineapple dessert truly is a “showoff”.
