I think red velvet cake has to be my favorite cake of them all. I just love how it looks, tastes, and the texture. I am also a major fan of chewy cupcakes. Well, I must say that I was quite lucky to have found this recipe for red velvet cupcakes. Talk about having the best of both worlds. I guess you could say that I got to have my cake and eat it too! LOL! This recipe is truly something to be admired. It’s very sweet, very yummy, and very easy to make. You will be glad that you stumbled upon this recipe just as I was when I first found it.

Now, I don’t usually get to have red velvet cake because my little allergy-ridden son has an aversion to red dye #40. My poor baby has so many allergies! So, when I made this cake, I whipped up my own mix and used beet root as a colorant. You, however, should follow the instructions as they are so you can taste how truly magnificent these cupcakes really are. I’m telling you, you won’t be sorry that you made these little desserts. I personally feel that theya re perfect for the holidays.

This is one of the best lasagna recipes I’ve ever made. Honestly, it is very simple to make and it tastes delicious. My husband and kids really liked this recipe. Actually, this recipe was so easy to make my kids helped me make it. My daughter said that she would like to try and make this lasagna all on her own for supper some evening. I think that sounds like a great idea! I love allowing kids to help me cook. It instills good character in them. Do you let your kids help you prepare meals?

I served this lovely lasagna with garlic bread and a side salad. Everyone enjoyed picking out their own dressing. Most of us in my family are Ranch lovers but my middle son is quite partial to Italian. I enjoy Ranch but my ultimate favorite is bleu cheese. However, I opted for Ranch with this fabulous lasagna supper. What type of salad dressing your go-to dressing?

With so many chicken recipes available it is often hard to pick one for supper. We’ve all had roasted, baked, and pan fried chicken. I’m willing to bet that most of you have also had your fair share of chicken-themed casseroles. I came across this recipe for unstuffed chicken florentine and was intrigued. I had heard of stuffed chicken florentine but what was this unstuffed version? The picture made the chicken look so delicious!

So, I did what any good cook would do and went to the grocery store to buy the ingredients for this interesting recipe. I got everything home and was pleasantly surprised by how easy the meal was to make, which was not something I was expecting. I mean, let’s face it, something called “unstuffed chicken florentine” just sounds hard to make. Once everything was ready, my family and I sat down to dinner, and boy wa sit ever good! I am so glad I took the plunge from my comfort zone and made this delicous meal. Enjoy!

Argo cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, barilla pasta, Bertolli extra-virgin olive oil, black pepper, Bob's Red Mill, Borden, brown sugar, Campbell’s soups, casserole, chile verde, Chiquita, Clabber Girl, College Inn, Cool Whip, crock pot, Daisy sour cream, dessert, Dole, domino sugar, eat, Eggland's Best eggs, fisher nuts, food, Gold Medal flour, granulated sugar, Green Giant, Hershey, Hodgkin’s Mill, Jell-O, Jif peanut butter, Johnsonville, keebler, kosher salt, Kraft, land o lakes butter, Libby, McCormick spices, Morton salt, Pam Cooking Spray, Pepperidge Farm, Philadelphia cream cheese, Powdered sugar, recipe, Ritz crackers, Sara Lee, Sargento, slow cooker, Thorn Apple Valley, Toll House, TruMoo milk, tyson, vanilla, vanilla extract, Vlasic, Wesson vegetable oil, whipped topping

Are you into authentic Mexican food? I know that I sure am! Forget going to Taco Bell where everything is insanely Americanized and make this yummy chile Verde sauce in your slow cooker. You can use this sauce for many different recipes like chicken enchiladas, tacos, and chimichangas. I also enjoy dipping tortilla chips in it as a fun snack or appetizer before a big Mexican-themed dinner. My husband and kids really like this recipe, too.

If you enjoy regular salsa you will really enjoy this chile Verde. Plus, it is insanely easy to make. I love how all you have to do is toss it all into the Crock Pot and walk away. Just don’t forget to turn the slow cooker on haha! I actually did that one time as embarrassing as it sounds. I was making regular chili and I put everything into the slow cooker, put the lid on, and walked away. A few hours later I came to check on the chili and much to my dismay it was ice cold. Needless to say, we didn’t have chili for dinner that night.

Normally, my family and I aren’t that big into pork chops or pork loin chops, rather. However, upon eyeballing this amazing recipe, I think we shall give them a try. I mean, just look at how juicy and tender they look! Plus, i lvoe lemon and this recipe includes lots of it. Nothing beats meat that has been tenderized by lemons. Yum! You are really going to enjoy this recipe and I am sure that I will, too. Pork chops, although not my fave meat, make a pretty good dinner.

My good friend, sAlly, actually made this dish the other night for supper for her and her husband. You see, Sally lives right next door to me. She used to live up the street but our previous neighbors sold their house and Sally and Stan bought it. Anyway, i could smell these chops cooking from across the way and they smelled delicious! I have high hopes for this recipe 🙂

Have you ever had a hankering for some juicy, tender steak but you didn’t feel like pulling out the grill or going to a restaurant? I hear ya! I found this recipe for oven baked steaks on one of my favourite recipes websites and couldn’t have been happier. You see, these steaks are cooked to perfection in the oven and they come out amazingly tender. I’m not even kidding! I didn’t think these oven baked steaks would eb worth a lick but boy, was I ever wrong!

Now, first off, let me say that nothing beats a traditionally prepared steak, however, these oven baked steaks are a great alternative for those busy nights when you just want to kill two birds with one stone. Or would that be cows? LOL Anyway, the seasoning on these steaks is super tasty and really helps to tenderize the meat. My whole family was impressed by these oven baked steaks and yours will be too. Enjoy!

What do you think of when you hear the words, “pineapple?” I envision places that are warm, tropical, and summery. So, that is why making pineapple pound cake is a really good idea during the cold fall and winter months! We are all hoping for summer to return as quickly as possible and to bring its sweet breezes with it, right? take a trip down memory lane with this pineapple pound cake. There’s nothing like eating a fresh, summertime dessert as you stare out your cold, snowy window.

I was so amazed at how easy this pineapple pound cake was to make. It doesn’t take long to mix up at all. Honestly, the hardest part is waiting for it to bake in the oven. You want to snatch that cake out the oven so that you can start to eat it! However, you need to be patient and wait for it to completely cook like a good little baker lol! Enjoy!
