Cabbage has always been a part of my life growing up. Being from a part Polish part Irish and of course all American family we had it often. Definitely ate it up during holidays!
As an easy side that’s simply delicious with just butter, salt and pepper I never minded that it made me a little gassy. I love mixing it with mashed potatoes and it’s superb with keilbasa! That’s why I was stoked to try a creamy version. I know you’ll love it as much as we did!
