I know the name of this dessert sounds a bit wacky but in all honesty, “Diabetic Nightmare” is actually chocolate eclair layered dessert. Still a diabetic nightmare, though lol!
If you’re looking for something that is truly indulgent, you’ve come to the right recipe. This dessert sports layer after layer of creamy pudding, crunchy graham crackers, and smooth chocolate. Yum! I’d take a few shots of insulin just to have this cake in my belly. This dessert is definitely worthy of taking to a potluck meal or get-together.
