One of my favorite sweet treats during fall is caramel apples, and during the winter months, it’s fudge. So why not combine the two for the ultimate treat? Creamy fudge meets chewy caramel and the union is pure bliss. A unique fudge flavor, I guarantee no-one else at your parties will have thought of this one!

To be honest with you, I really was going to make this for a party. My mistake was that I had one bite – you know, just to try and see if they were tasty enough to serve for guests. Thirteen bites later I realized I couldn’t control myself! Fortunately there was still time to make a new batch, since these only take about 10 minutes to prepare and a couple of hours to chill. I had to ask my husband to keep an eye on me, so that I wouldn’t eat all of them!
