Soup is one of my most favorite things to make when the weather starts to get cooler. As soon as the trees start to change colors you can bet that I’ll have a pot of soup simmering on the stove or in the slow cooker. I am always looking for new soup recipes and I was so delighted to have come across this turkey potato soup masterpiece. Normally, I’d toss chicken, into my soup but the thought of turkey never crossed my mind.
