Your Holiday Parties Deserve An Excellent Appetizer
Have you all made plans for the holiday menu yet? I think I started mine in February… I love the holidays, and I enjoy spending time around the dinner table, with the most important people of my life. We have plenty of extended family coming over and usually everyone brings a little something to add to the table.
This recipe is something I’ve wanted to try for ages, but somehow I’ve always managed to forget the whole thing when I actually would have had the chance to make it. This year, I ran into it again and I made a note of it in my calendar, to make it for the holidays!
Obviously, I had to make a batch for testing purposes… Spinach and artichoke dip has always been one of my favorite appetizers, but what I don’t love about serving dips for a large crowd is that it tends to get a little messy. Everyone is getting a spoonful on their plate, accidentally dropping some on the table cloth, and by the end of the night people are just scooping it out straight from the bowl with chips and crackers.
