Oh, how I love all the ways to make macaroni and cheese!
When I was growing up my mother would make mac and cheese for dinner at least twice a month. However, she would never use the same recipe twice, or at least it seemed that way. Mom would make the cheesy delight on the stove-top, slow cooker, baked in the oven, and once, in the microwave haha! Don’t tell her I told you about that last one because she’d be embarrassed 🙂 Mom would also add things into her macaroni and cheese such as meats and/or veggies. My siblings and I always looked forward to these surprise mac and cheese dinners.
Bless Us O Lord has come up with a truly tantalizing rendition of this classic comfort food that you can find on the next page. There are veggies, macaroni noodles, possibly ham, and lots and lots of creamy cheese. Yummo!

Quick Tip: Considering adding a cup or two of diced ham to this casserole for more texture and protein.
