There is always that moment when you just want to stop time so you can do a lot of things that you can’t do because you’re either too busy, or you’re just simply tired of being too busy.
The only thing that I regret from my irregular schedule is my lack of time to prepare really good food. Some of my friends think that because I work flexi-time, I have more time in the world. That’s not true! It’s because I have flexi time that I am able to get more jobs, which means I am busier and more tired. I truly don’t get to eat a lot of home-cooked meals unless my friends send me something or my boyfriend is at home.
These easy recipes are my savior. For one, the ingredients are not that farfetch to get; they’re always something you can find in your pantry cupboards or your fridge. They’re home-cooked, but they don’t eat much of your already limited time. My friends know about my predicament, which is why they always forward recipes to my email involving very little food preparation. This recipe is one of them. Check out this easy grill chicken recipe that everyone will love!

Quick Tip: If you don’t have a BBQ grill opt to use a cast iron grill pan for best results.
