Do you love hot chocolate? Yeah, me too.
Who doesn’t right? Every year, my husband and I make a large homemade batch of hot chocolate and hit the road. We sip on it (along with munching on some type of cookies) and drive around our neighborhood looking at the Christmas lights. It is a beautiful time of being together, enjoying a wonderful drink and just basking in the beauty of Christmastime. Anyway, enough about Christmas, let’s talk about this amazing cake.
My number one reason to love this cake is that it is a dump cake. And I mean, who doesn’t love a cake that you can just throw all in one dish and let its magic happen? It is so easy. My second reason to love this cake is that it’s chocolate. And we all know that is the best flavor of cake, hands down. And lastly, this cake is topped with marshmallows. Be still my heart. It is my favorite type of cake to make with my favorite ingredients. This is just perfect for me. It’s easy to make and take to parties or enjoy alone on my couch while watching Little House on the Prairie. Yum, yum.
