Yep, you read that title correctly. 

A big scoop of this chocolatey goodness and an even bigger scoop of vanilla ice cream will disappear before your very eyes in no time.  These are full of melted chocolate, lots of chocolate chips and a delicious crust.  When you put all of this together, it just looks like one big mess.  But when it bakes, you see a perfect crust come together (that crunchiness is everything!) and then when you serve it, a gush of melted chocolate just oozes out.

I was so thrilled by just the look of this dessert that I rushed out of the house with my sweet neighbor Anne and bought all the ingredients.  We prepped it quickly, popped it In the oven and in under 40 minutes, we had the best chocolate dessert we have ever laid our eyes on.  It was everything we dreamed it to be… almost like a chocolate lava cake, but better because it is even bigger.  And you know you cannot go wrong with a chocolate lava cake so this has to be the best dessert out there.  What are you waiting for?  Get yourself to your supermarket and surprise your family with this tonight.
