Who here likes to eat with their hands?
Come on, admit it, you sometimes enjoy picking up your food and devouring it like a caveman, don’t you? LOL I love to feel like I’m a kid again when I get to ditch the fork and spoon and just dive into my food with my fingers. That’s exactly what you get to do when noshing on these red, white, and blue strawberry shortcake bites. They are easy to make, easy to eat, and are perfectly portable. Plus, kids love ’em!
I made up a double batch of these strawberry shortcake bites a few years back and placed them into a Tupperware container with a lid and took them along to the fireworks show.
We didn’t come home with a single cake bite. I think the family sitting next to us even had a few LOL We love to share with others. So, anyway, enjoy making these cute little treats and Happy Fourth of July!
