This version of spicy chicken casserole recipe is better than any chicken casserole I’ve tried. Everything you want in a chicken casserole is in here!

I am pretty sure that everyone you serve this to will fall in love with this. They will even come back for seconds because it’s that tasty! All that yummy cheese… yes, they will fall in love with this dish – I know that I certainly did!

Ingredients

1 can Campbell’s Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup

1 cup water

1 cup Pace Picante Sauce – Medium

3/4 cup uncooked regular long grain white rice

1/2 teaspoon McCormick onion powder

1 cup frozen whole kernel corn, thawed

1 pound Tyson skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1/2 cup Kraft shredded Mexican blend cheese(about 2 ounces)

Instructions

Stir the soup, water, picante sauce, rice, onion powder and corn in a 12 x 8-inch shallow baking dish.

Top with the chicken. Season the chicken as desired. Cover the dish.

Bake at 375°F. for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender. Top with the cheese.
