If my Mom could have changed my name when I was a kid, a few years after I was born, she would have probably name me after pasta. My name could have been Fettuccine or Linguine, or worse, Angel Hair, if circumstances permitted her. She confessed this as I was gobbling up another plate of her pasta carbonara. But could you blame me if I fell in love with pasta? It’s the most amazing dish ever! I could eat pasta all year long and all day long. I never get tired of its taste. I feel like I am floating in heaven every time pasta is served in front of me.
My kids have gotten this trait from me. They are also addicted to pasta dishes. They never complain even if I serve pasta consecutively for three nights! Most of the time, a pasta dish takes a little effort. Yes, it’s easy to make, but it needs your attention and a few hours of your time. This is what makes this beef and cheese pasta special.
Cooked in a slow cooker, this doesn’t need your attention. All you have to do is put everything in the crockpot and let it do its magic! You will have your simple but tasty supper in no time! If you want a copy of this simple recipe, you can find it at the next page!

Quick Tip: Make sure to spray your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray to make clean up easier.
