I love making dessert bread. So often, they turn out more like a cake than a bread.
My typical go-to sweet bread would have to be banana. I also make pumpkin bread quite a bit during the fall. I love that stuff! However, I wanted to try something a bit different. I am really missing warm weather right now so I wanted to make a bread that reminded me of summer and that’s when I came across this recipe for orange cream cheese bread. I love citrus flavors so this bread is right up my alley.
You can really taste the orange in this bread. It’s so delicious! The cream cheese that infiltrates this bread really makes my skirt fly up. It’s like eating a slice of cake but it’s a bread. It’s trippy!
