I am smitten with Shipwreck casserole! I cannot believe everything that goes into this dish. You seriously don’t need any other sides to go with this masterpiece because it literally contains everything. I guess you could say that this is a one-pan meal. I did, however, serve applesauce and freshly baked bread with this casserole but other than that, this dish has the meat and veggies mixed inside. As far as ground beef casseroles go, this is the best I’ve ever had. I could eat this stuff day in and day out.
If I ever were to be in a shipwreck and get stranded on a tropical island I would hope that I could get this casserole while there LOL
