Cheeseburger casserole is one of those go-to dinners that every busy mom should have in her recipe box. It’s easy to make and very filling. Plus, cheeseburger casserole is quite kid-friendly and husbands tend to enjoy it, too. I like this casserole because you can add all the condiments to it that you would add to a traditional burger on a bun. We like to, of course, eat it with mustard and ketchup but also with chopped dill pickles, onions, and even jalapenos. Cheeseburger casserole is the perfect weeknight meal!

Just like the name suggests, one serving of this meaty casserole and you’ll be wanting more. “More Please!” Cheeseburger Casserole is made with all the ingredients of a cheeseburger, but is much easier to prepare. Everything you love about cheeseburgers goes into this ground beef casserole, including ketchup, mustard, and even sesame seeds. A layer of Bisquick is poured over the ground beef mixture, and the whole thing is baked until hot and bubbly.
