When it comes to dinner, I am all about making things as simple as possible without forgoing flavor and nutrition. This cheesy, creamy chicken bake has a little bit of everything in it and it tastes great! You have a layer of cream cheese, bacon, and juicy chicken breasts all in one dish. Talk about a triple whammy of good food! My family really enjoys eating this meal, and I can totally understand why. I think you will be shocked over how simple it is to toss together.

I am not a huge fan of using boxed foods, but I have to say, Stove Top stuffing pairs rather well with this casserole. Plus, it makes making this meal even more simple. There is no bread to dice up and turn into stuffing because it’s already done. I would definitely call this casserole a busy mom’s best friend. And you know what? I am a very busy mom. I have kids to take to sports practices, play practice, and church almost every night of the week. It’s meals like this that make life a whole lot simpler 🙂
