When it comes to lemon squares I am a mega fan. I love lemon and how it tastes in desserts. Want to know a funny story? As a child, I hated lemon. To be the one stuck with the lemon candy or popsicle was like a nightmare. If I had something lemon I would always try to trade my sisters for something in its place. This bartering method never worked because they hated lemon, too.
Isn’t it crazy how things change when you grow older? Now, lemon flavored desserts are my first pick. These lemon squares really hit the sweet spot and they are easy to make, too. I think you’ll really enjoy making and eating these 🙂
