Hey, everyone! I hope this post finds you all in good spirits. Today’s recipe is totally awesome. It’s all about eating like cavemen and women. Now, i highly doubt cavemen at some of the ingredients in this recipe, but I bet they ate food that was filling just like this casserole is.
To me, this casserole has a touch of Mexican flair to it. There is corn muffin mix, meat, and tomatoes. Plus, you get to top the stuff off with sour cream and salsa. Yum! Does the cave dweller in you want to eat this tasty casserole?
