There have been a few times in my life where I have come across a recipe and had to do a double-take. This is one of the recipes. It literally made me say, “What the…!” I was very skeptical of this pumpkin pie recipe at first and not because it contains Fireball whiskey but rather because it is baked on the grill! Yep, you read that right. This pumpkin pie is baked on the BBQ grill. Now, I assure you, this pie is not hard to make and it really is hassle-free. Plus, when your pies are cooking on the grill this leaves you more room in the oven for that green bean casserole and those baked beans.

I am totally planning on making this Fireball Whiskey pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving this year. I did a test run the other day and I can’t even begin to tell you how well this pie turned out. It was uh-mazing! The cinnamon whiskey gives this pumpkin pie such a bold and robust flavor that it’s almost indescribable. You are going to love this! To help you make this pie I’ve included a handy dandy video tutorial on the next page courtesy of BBQ Pit Boys.

Quick Tip: You can still make this pie the old-fashioned way in the oven. Just mix all ingredients together as detailed on the enxt page and bake in your oven as you normally would. However, the grill experience is super tasty!
